  1. Keeping in mind there is always room for human error, we exchange the products which are delivered with a manufacturing defect, provided, we are intimated about the same within 24 hours after the delivery of product to you. Such products are only eligible for exchange if the customer has the parcel opening video capturing the defect.
  2. We offer pickup service only in case of defective or damaged products. Please inform us within the specified time frame, and we will arrange the pickup.
  3. For returns due to personal reasons (such as like/dislike, change of mind, etc.), customers are requested to self-ship the product back to us. Shipping charges in such cases will be borne by the customer.
  4. Kindly share the courier details with us once the product has been shipped for smooth processing.
  5. Damage does not include any issues pertaining to the style, design, dislike or print of the product.
  6. The products sought to be exchanged should be unused and unwashed with original packaging and labels. Products found to be used, washed or damaged will not be eligible for return/exchange.
  7. No products would be exchanged if they have been altered in any form.
  8. Customized orders will not be eligible for exchange.
  9. International orders will not be eligible for exchange.
  10. Products purchased during sale period/ any promotional offers will not be eligible for exchange.
