1. Keeping in mind there is always room for human error, we exchange the products which are delivered with a manufacturing defect, provided, we are intimated about the same within 24 hours after the delivery of product to you. Such products are only eligible for exchange if the customer has the parcel opening video capturing the defect.
2. We do not facilitate pickups for exchanges/returns. You are requested to ship the courier to us and inform us once done.
3. Damage does not include any issues pertaining to the style, design, dislike or print of the product.
4. The products sought to be exchanged should be unused and unwashed with original packaging and labels. Products found to be used, washed or damaged will not be eligible for return/exchange.
5. No products would be exchanged if they have been altered in any form.
6. Customised orders will not be eligible for exchange.
7. International orders will not be eligible for exchange.
8. Products purchased during sale period/ any promotional offers will not be eligible for exchange.
